She is the director of the Instituto Canario de Carl Rogers and a professor in the Master’s and Specialist programs in the person-centered approach at the Instituto de Interacción.
She has over 20 years of experience in individual and group therapy with adolescents and adults. Additionally, she is a university specialist in person-centered psychotherapy, has completed training in humanizing listening (based on active listening) with Bonifacio Cabrera, Gestalt psychotherapy at the Institut Gestalt de Barcelona, a master’s degree in clinical psychology (cognitive-behavioral therapy) in Madrid, and training in brief systemic therapy and family counseling and therapy.
She also directs the humanizing listening training course and is the representative in the Canary Islands for the specialist course in person-centered psychotherapy at the Instituto de Interacción in Madrid.

He combines his work as a therapist and supervisor with university teaching as an Associate Professor at Comillas Pontifical University (Madrid).
He is the Clinical Director of THAEI Health Center in Madrid, a psychology center that belongs to THAEI (The Health and Emotions Institute) Premium Services SL, a company he co-founded and where he leads the Mental Health and Therapeutic Innovation Area.
He is co-author, alongside Rafael Jódar, of the book Practical Guide to Emotion-Focused Therapy, and he has also published the Mental Health Manual for Educators, part of the project “Teachers for Health,” which aims to promote the comprehensive mental health and emotional well-being of educators as a key factor in educational quality and equity.
