The 18th International PCA Europe Forum 2026 will be held at the Casa de Ejercicios San José, located at Avenida Reyes Católicos, 12, 28280 El Escorial (Madrid).
Location and Natural Surroundings: Casa de Ejercicios San José is located in the historic town of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, nestled in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama, about 50 kilometers from Madrid. This privileged setting, part of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, offers exceptional scenic beauty, ideal for enjoying nature and outdoor activities such as hiking.
Accessibility: The venue is easily accessible from Madrid by public transport, including the Cercanías commuter rail network (line C-8a) with a stop at El Escorial station, as well as various bus lines.
Venue Facilities: Casa de Ejercicios San José offers spacious facilities that are perfectly equipped to host an event of this magnitude:
• An auditorium with a capacity for 500 people.
• Chapel and church.
• A large dining hall with space for 450 people.
• Extensive green areas.
• Parking.
• Accommodation is available, generally on a full-board basis for events using its facilities.
Cultural and Gastronomic Attractions of El Escorial:
El Escorial Monastery:
A short distance from the venue stands the impressive Royal Monastery of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and considered by some as the eighth wonder of the world, this 16th-century architectural complex will be the subject of a guided tour for forum participants, allowing for an immersion into its vast history and grandeur.
Valley of the Fallen:
Near El Escorial is this historic monument, which may be of particular interest to those interested in Spain’s recent history.
Local Cuisine:
The region is distinguished by its delicious and authentic Castilian gastronomy. Visitors can enjoy hearty dishes such as cocido madrileño, exquisite meats from the Sierra de Guadarrama, as well as a wide variety of roasts, cured meats, and traditional sweets.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The payments received are allocated to the commitments undertaken by the Organization of the 18th International Forum. Therefore, each refund request will be evaluated taking into account the payments already made and the associated administrative and financial costs.

100% refund
Within 15 days after payment confirmation: 100% refund of the amount received.

80% refund
Between the 16th and 60th days after payment confirmation: 80% refund of the amount received.

50% refund
Up to 60 days before the event start: 50% refund of the amount received.

No refunds accepted
Within 60 days prior to the forum start: no cancellations will be accepted nor refunds issued, as the spots are definitively paid to suppliers.
In all cases, refunds—when applicable—will be subject to the deduction of bank fees or payment platform commissions.
If the registered person cannot attend, they may designate a replacement, who must complete the registration form. The originally registered person must notify their consent by email to finanzas.foromadrid2026@gmail.com.
The registration is considered valid with the completed form and confirmed payment, which implies acceptance of these conditions.
